Platinum CRM gives Texas realtors one place to run their business: leads, contacts, tasks, appointments and transactions from first contact through to closing. It exists on three surfaces — a React web portal at crm.har.com, and native iOS and Android apps published as "Platinum CRM by HAR".
The mobile apps are React Native and are in continuous release: the iOS build first shipped in October 2023 and both stores have been on a steady update cadence since. All three clients sit on the same Node.js API layer, so a feature lands once and appears consistently everywhere rather than drifting per platform.
The product also integrates with the wider HAR ecosystem — MarketInsight, ShowingSmart, the client portal, email marketing and Matrix — which means a lot of the work is contract design between systems that were not built together.

- Built CRM screens and flows in React on the web and React Native on mobile
- Consumed and extended the shared Node.js REST API powering all three clients
- Handled platform differences — navigation, notifications, offline behaviour — without forking feature logic
- Prepared and shipped store builds for iOS and Android
Challenges & solutions
Three surfaces, one product. Web, iOS and Android drift apart fast when each gets its own implementation. Keeping business rules in the API and sharing state shapes between clients meant a feature could be specified once instead of three times.
Realtors work offline and in bad signal. Optimistic updates plus reconciliation on reconnect keep the app usable at an open house with one bar, instead of blocking on every request.
